NRA Show 2018
Every Year, the National Restaurant Association holds the NRA Show. This year marked the it’s 99th year, and the 68th year the event has been held in Chicago.
At more than 715,000 square feet it was the largest Show ever. More than 65,000 total registrants representing over 110 countries as well as all 50 states and the District of Columbia were in attendance. It is important to us to attend such trade shows since it’s a great opportunity to catch up with current customers as well as meet future prospects. Our goal was to expose the restaurant industry to our latest and greatest software and hardware advances and we did just that. It was wonderful meeting and chatting with people and giving them a chance to experience our new products before investing, we truly feel that self-serving solutions are the hottest trend in the industry. As a true one stop self-service solution we can significantly alter not only the way customers communicate with you, but also how you communicate internally. We loved discussing why you should implement these solutions to improve the customer experience and increase revenue. We hope we stood out, and not only because of our fortune cookies and amazing raffle deal, but because of our technological advances that give access to everything at the tap of a screen (among so many more benefits!) We have an opportunity to make a large impact on this industry in amazing ways and we are grateful we got to showcase this at this show. Of course, while preaching this trend, it didn’t hurt that we got to taste so much delicious food!
