My POS vendor already provides a Kiosk and Mobile App add-on. Why do I need your solution?

Have you noticed that Kiosk and Mobile Apps provided by POS vendors look exactly like their POS?

We belive that any customer facing system has to be thought and built from the ground up - rather than a POS converted into a customer facing system.

Any Self Ordering system needs to delight the customer with attactive presentation and animations. For Kiosks, you'd also need a variety of hardware options - whether is floor standing, counter top, wall mounted, vertical or horizontal layout.

Do I now have to manage my menu in two different systems?

Not at all. XPR can fetch menu from your POS and automatically sync price changes

XPR's content management application provides an screen where you can map the menu between the two systems. This is a one time activity

Once the menus are connected, any price changes are automatically synced between the two systems

How long does it take to go live once I give a final go-ahead?

For menu setup and creatives, we typically need between 1 - 2 weeks

For Kiosks, the lead times may vary based on the model required. It can typically take between 2 weeks for standard models to 8 weeks for custom designs

If you need your branded Mobile App on App Store and Play Store, their approval process might take between 2 - 4 weeks.

If you need us to integrate with a POS not currently supported, the new integration takes about 6 weeks
